Control fluvial en la salvaguarda de la vida humana por la Dirección General de Capitanías y Guardacostas

Abstract

Mediante el presente trabajo se pretende analizar el control fluvial en la salvaguarda de la vida humana por la Dirección General de Capitanías y Guardacostas en la Amazonía peruana, a través del análisis de la normativa, cumplimiento de su función, modelos y medios de seguridad utilizados para mejorar el desarrollo en las acciones de control fluvial. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo, el diseño es exploratorio documental, con el aporte de especialista en el tema de control fluvial y su legislación nacional que la regula los que proporcionan validez interna y externa. Según los hallazgos, se concluye que hace falta una normativa enfocada netamente al campo fluvial, la marina es bandera en la amazonía a través de la denominada acción cívica realizado por parte de su personal, existen dispositivos para velar por el bienestar de los navegantes que actúan de manera preventiva en las embarcaciones y de respuesta inmediata ante cualquier siniestro, logrando de esta manera un mejor resguardo de la vida humana en la Amazonía.

Through this work is intended to analyze fluvial control in the safeguarding of human life by the Directorate of Captaincies and Coastguards in the Peruvian Amazon, through the analysis of regulations, compliance with its function, models and security means used to improve the development in fluvial control actions. The research is qualitative, the design is documentary exploratory, with the contribution of a specialist in fluvial control and its national legislation that regulates those that provide internal and external validity. According to the findings, it is concluded that there is a lack of regulations clearly directed to the fluvial field, the navy is flagged in the Amazon through the so-called civic action carried out by its personnel, there are devices to ensure the welfare of the navigators that they act preventatively in the boats and with an immediate response to any loss, thus achieving a better protection of human life in the Amazon.
