Liderazgo y clima organizacional en los Cadetes de la Escuela Naval del Perú - 2012

Abstract

El propósito de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y clima organizacional en los cadetes, la población constituida por 32 cadetes aspirantes y 74 cadetes de primer al cuarto año donde se estudió las variables Liderazgo y Clima Organizacional El diseño de la investigación utilizado fue descriptivo-correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida 106 cadetes de la Escuela Naval del Perú, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de Liderazgo de Kurt Lewin y el Cuestionario estandarizado de de Clima Organizacional, cuyos resultados se presentan gráfica y textualmente. Los hallazgos indicaron que los estilos de liderazgo se relacionan significativamente con la variable clima organizacional. Siendo el coeficiente de correlación del Liderazgo Autocrático de r=0.805, con una p=0,000 (p<.01), el Liderazgo Democrático obtuvo una correlación r=0.721, con una p=0,012 (p<.05) y el Liderazgo Permisivo con un coeficiente de correlación de r=0 0.805 con una p=0.000 (p<.01)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership and organizational climate in the cadets, the population constituted by 32 aspiring cadets and 74 cadets from the first to the fourth year where the variables Leadership and Organizational Climate were studied. The design of the research used was descriptive-correlational. The sample consisted of 106 cadets from the Naval School of Peru, who were given a Kurt Lewin Leadership questionnaire and the standardized Organizational Climate Questionnaire, whose results are presented graphically and textually. The findings indicated that leadership styles are significantly related to the organizational climate variable. Being the coefficient of correlation of the Autocratic Leadership of r = 0.805, with a p = 0.000 (p <.01), the Democratic Leadership obtained a correlation r = 0.721, with a p = 0.012 (p <.05) and the Permissive Leadership with a correlation coefficient of r = 0 0.805 with a p = 0.000 (p <.01)
