Clima Motivacional en el Aula de Inglés en cadetes de tercer y cuarto año de la Escuela Naval del Perú (ESNA) en el año 2015

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado “Clima Motivacional en el Aula de Inglés en Cadetes de tercero y cuarto año de la Escuela Naval del Perú en el año 2015” tuvo como objetivo encontrar la diferencia entre el clima motivacional en el aula de inglés entre los Cadetes de tercer y cuarto año de la Escuela Naval del Perú. La metodología utilizada en este estudio fue de tipo hipotético deductivo, de tipo cualitativo, investigación aplicada, de corte longitudinal y diseño no experimental, la evaluación se realizó a los Cadetes de tercer y cuarto año de la Escuela Naval del Perú, obteniendo los siguientes resultados: La prueba de T para comparar muestra de dos grupos de muestras, para realizar la comparación entre las medias de las poblaciones independientes, los resultados muestran que para hallar diferencias entre grupos la Sig. Bilateral debe ser menor a 0.05 y en el caso de este estudio los resultados corresponde a un 0.01, lo que evidencia una diferencia entre el clima motivacional de los alumnos del cuarto año en comparación con los alumnos del tercer año de la Escuela Naval del Perú. Podemos concluir que el clima motivacional logra un excelente rendimiento académico y se puede realizar metas de aprendizaje deseables a los estudiantes generando entornos ideales que permite construir el aprendizaje y el dominio de contenidos de ciertos estudios en un ambiente propicio a su interés y motivación del estudiante

The present work entitled "Motivational climate in the English classroom in third and fourth year cadets of the Naval School of Peru" aimed to find the difference between the motivational climate in the English classroom between the third and fourth year Cadets of the naval school of Peru. The methodology used in this study was a hypothetical deductive type, qualitative type, applied research, longitudinal cut and experimental design, the evaluation was made to the Cadets of the third and fourth year of the Naval School of Peru and obtained the following results: The T test to compare sample of two groups of samples, to make the comparison between the means of the independent populations, the results show that to find differences between groups the Bilateral Sig should be less than 0.05 and in the case of this study the results correspond to a 0.01 which shows a difference between the motivational climate of the students of the fourth year in comparison with the students of the third year of the Naval School of Peru. We can conclude that the motivational climate achieves excellent academic performance and desirable learning goals can be achieved for students, generating ideal environments that allow the construction of learning and mastery of the content of certain studies in an environment conducive to their interest and student motivation
